Vancouver's coffee story
Compass Coffee Roasting says it has been building connections in Vancouver since 2007, which makes it the longest running Vancouver roaster in our research.
Kafiex took the farmers market route. It sold at local markets first, then in 2018 opened a full roastery in downtown Vancouver. Its Coffee Lab now stands next to the Vancouver Farmers Market, the kind of market where the business began.
