Their story
The Vancouver roaster runs a cafe on Main Street between the Hough and Arnada neighborhoods. Roasting takes place midweek, and online orders ship by mail within the same week. Relevant calls itself a Vancouver-proud roaster and hospitality company that buys from sustainable, quality-focused farms around the world.
Wholesale clients such as restaurants, cafes and offices can get help with equipment and training, plus custom blends and co-branded coffee, and it also packs cold brew in cans. The cafe menu rotates brewed coffees and seasonal espresso, and it pours a nitro cold brew made from a South American blend alongside a single origin cold brew.
