What the club offers a Washington roaster
Palouse Coffee Club is built to buy wholesale from Washington State coffee roasters at the price the roaster names. When your box comes up, we send you the orders and the bag count ahead of time; you roast, pack and ship each bag in your own packaging, with your name on our packing slip.

What you keep
Your price. You name your wholesale price. We never ask you to cut it.
Your bag and your brand. The coffee ships in your own 12 oz bag and packaging, the same bag your regulars buy.
Your story. Our packing slip names you and your shop, tells your story and gives your tasting notes, so the person opening the box knows exactly who roasted it and where to find you.
How a box works for the roaster
- We send you the bag count before your box, so you can plan one roast.
- We send the orders, with a packing slip for each box and the address it goes to.
- You roast to order, pack each bag and ship it. The club's first promise to customers is "Roasted and shipped within 3 days." That is the window we ask for.
Why we want Washington roasters
The club is built on one idea: coffee money should stay with the people who roast it here. Washington has 209 independent roasters by the count of the Roast Local directory (September 2026), from Bellingham to Spokane, and each one is a payroll that depends on bags sold. A new customer who meets you through a box can buy from you directly after that, and we would like them to.

Our roasters list includes local favorites we like, written from their own public pages. A listing does not mean a roaster is part of the club. If we have something wrong on your page, or you want it removed, email roasters@palousecoffeeclub.com and we will fix it. How we write those pages is on how we choose roasters.
Questions from roasters
Who sets the price?
You do. You name your wholesale price and we never ask you to cut it.
Do we have to use club packaging?
No. You ship in your own bag and packaging; we supply the packing slip.
Do we have to roast in Washington?
Yes. The club only sends coffee roasted in Washington State by independent roasters.
How do we start?
