What they are known for, as their shops showed on 2026-09-27: Camber has worked for years with the Pacas family in El Salvador and is one of a small number of US roasters to offer the rare Bernardina variety, and it releases an Artist Series coffee each year. Zoka's blends include Tangletown, named for the Seattle neighborhood of its first cafe, and Hidden City. Fidalgo sells many certified organic blends, from Organic Breakfast to Organic Koma Kulshan.

Bellingham's coffee story
Tony's Coffee first roasted in its own coffeehouse, in the historic Terminal Building in Fairhaven. It won America's Best Espresso in 2013 and took first place in the SCA Roasters Choice competition the next year. In 2021 Roast Magazine named it Macro Roaster of the Year.
Downtown, the Black Drop Coffeehouse opened in 2002. Four years later its owners began roasting their own coffee as Maniac Roasting.
Camber, founded in 2015, earned its own line in the national press when Food & Wine named it the best coffee roaster in Washington.
