Their story
Brothers Mark and Sergei Kutrovski got hooked after one cup at a local shop tasted so sweet they assumed syrup had been added. Everything is roasted very light to bring out clarity and acidity, with coffees meant for espresso the only exception. Coffees are grouped into three tiers: Timeless for approachable cups, Modern for newer farming and processing methods, and Eternal for small, limited lots roasted lightest of all.
The brothers say they keep working with the same producers and importers season after season, aiming for steady quality each year. A Taster Set holds 100 grams each of four rotating coffees, meant for comparing origins and flavor profiles side by side. The company also produces a podcast about the roasting process, with guests from the industry and news from the coffee trade.

Single origins on the list when we checked: Emerson Narvaez, Colombia Narino Gesha, Jorge Rojas, Colombia Tolima, Liliana Ramirez, Colombia Antioquia, Banko Taratu, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and Kihuyo, Kenya Nyeri.
