Office coffee in Seattle
Palouse Coffee Club sends Seattle offices the same rotation of independent Washington State roasters that fills every club box: a different roaster in the break room each box, roasted to order and shipped in the roaster's own bag. We quote by email.
It suits a Seattle team that already has a brewer it likes and wants the coffee in it to change from box to box. We supply the coffee only, so your machine and whoever services it stay as they are.
How it works for a Seattle office
Tell us how many people drink the coffee, how you brew it (drip, espresso, pour over or something else) and how often you want it. We reply with a quote by email.
The coffee comes in 12 oz bags, whole bean or ground. Each bag carries a packing slip that tells the team who roasted it, where their shop is and what to taste for.
We do not run machines, install brewers or deliver equipment.
The roasters around Seattle
- Victrola Coffee Roasters: roasts inside its Pike Street cafe on Capitol Hill and holds free public cuppings there on select Fridays at 11 am.
- Herkimer Coffee: roasts every day on Phinney Ridge, with a Belltown cafe at 4th and Blanchard opened in 2020 for the downtown work crowd.
- Fulcrum Coffee Roasters: roasts in SODO and says it runs on 75 percent renewable energy across roasting, delivery and offices.
- Lighthouse Roasters: a team of 15 in Fremont, several of whom have been there 10, 15 or more than 25 years.
- Kuma Coffee: buys directly from farmers when it can and aims to pay about three times Fair Trade prices.
- Orca Bay Coffee, Shoreline: lets customers build a blend from two or more of its current coffees, set the percentages and name it.
Roasters named here are local favorites we list. A listing does not mean a roaster is part of the club, and no roaster pays to be listed.
The boxes come from roasters across Washington State, chosen by us, so a Seattle office will not always get a Seattle roaster. See our Seattle coffee roasters page for more.

Seattle office coffee questions
Can a Seattle office keep the espresso machine it already has?
Yes. We send coffee only and do not run machines, install brewers or deliver equipment, so keep your brewer and whoever services it.
Will our Seattle office get coffee from Seattle roasters?
Not always. The rotation draws on independent roasters across Washington State, chosen by us, and we do not promise a particular roaster or town.
Is coffee for a Seattle office a separate office blend?
No. It is the club's coffee: independent Washington State roasters in rotation, each bag roasted to order.
