Their story
Beans are roasted in small lots in Shoreline once an order arrives, and delivery is free within 15 miles. A curated line called the Moon Selection features single lots such as a Bali Kintamani and a Guji natural. Customers can design their own blend from two or more current coffees, set the percentages and name it; the green beans are mixed first and roasted as one batch.
The house espresso is an Italian-style mix of one quarter robusta, one quarter Papua New Guinea and half South American coffee. Its African Mocha Gold morning blend pairs 60% Ugandan robusta with 40% African arabica and is meant for milk drinks.
