Their story
The roaster follows a Nordic, light-roast approach for its single origins and keeps a classic medium roast for its espresso and Morning Muse. All roasting is done on a fluid bed machine, which the company credits for keeping floral and fruit notes. For wholesale and retail it buys only coffee graded above 80 points, the cutoff for specialty grade, and it sells to cafes, drive-thrus and offices.
A 2025 blog series on the site lays out what it calls the four pillars of good coffee: bean quality, roast level, water and brewing. The owner writes on the blog as a Spokane native who wants to bring very light, Nordic-style specialty roasting to a city where many shops still serve medium to dark coffee.

Roast levels run Nordic light and medium. House blends include Morning Muse and FrankenRoast.
