Their story

The shop sells its own roasts online in several bag sizes, plus a variety box that pairs Bistro Blend and Damon Point Dark with a roaster's pick. Its Honduras coffee is a certified fair trade, organic lot taken to a light blonde roast, with citrus and chocolate notes listed. Despite the name, Damon Point Dark is listed as a medium roast with chocolate, berry and stone fruit notes, and the Bistro Blend sits between light and medium.

At the darker end, Mornings in Paris is a French roast with cocoa, walnut and molasses flavors, while O.C. Blonde is pitched as a breakfast blend. For decaf drinkers there is a Swiss water processed Peru, described as low in acid with hints of stone fruit and spice.
