New Love Coffee is one of the beloved local roasters we follow in Washington: an independent roaster based in Liberty Lake, founded in 2022. Here is what their own pages and public sources say about them, in our words.
Their story
The owner first worked as a barista in 2005, burned out, then returned to coffee; the name reflects that return. In a letter on the site, owner Ike writes that the regulars and coworkers kept pulling him back to coffee, and that his wife Tiffany, whom he met through that first job, bakes the pies the shops sell. Its Liberty Lake shop opened in February 2022, followed by two Spokane shops in 2023.
Retail bags are roasted and shipped once a week, on Mondays, and the company also runs its own ordering app. The online coffee list is short: a dark roast, Rwanda Sholi, Nicaragua Corrales, a Peruvian decaf and a half decaf blend.

Roast levels run Dark Roasted Coffee. Single origins on the list when we checked: Rwanda Sholi and Nicaragua Corrales. Decaf: Decaf Peru Rutas del Inca and Half Decaf. Offerings change with the seasons, so this is what their own pages listed on 2026-09-28.
Where to drink it
Three coffee shops operate in Liberty Lake and Spokane; the Liberty Lake and Kendall Yards shops open at 6am on weekdays.

The Liberty Lake shop keeps a conference room that customers can book in person, first come, first served. The Francis Avenue shop in north Spokane opened in February 2023, and the Kendall Yards shop followed that April.
