Their story
The name uses the first initials of the founder's three daughters. Its green coffee comes from small single-farm and community lots grown in Africa, Papua New Guinea, and Central and South America. Green coffee is bought in season, when each origin is at its peak, and the shop describes itself as an experiential coffee concept built around sight, smell, sound and taste.
Its Bourbon Infused coffee rests arabica beans with premium bourbon for 21 days, and the medium roast Valley Blend, built from Central and South American beans, is its top seller. Single origins run from a light roast Colombia from Huila and a medium-light Costa Rica from the West Valley to a Guatemala and a dark roast Peru.
