Their story
Kelly and Marissa started the roastery in 2016, first supplying their kids' local coffee shop before other independent shops asked for their coffee. The founders roast every blend on a Diedrich machine, aiming for the same flavor and balance from batch to batch. As demand from cafes grew, the founders added direct sales to home buyers alongside wholesale.
Orders are roasted to order in Yakima and shipped within days, and subscribers get 10% off each delivery with free shipping over $75.
What they roast
Roast levels run light, medium, dark and French. House blends include Bennett's Brew, Badass Becky, The Kids Are All Right, Here Comes the Sun, Over the Rainbrew and Up to Snow Good. Single origins on the list when we checked: Peru and Sumatra. Espresso: 'Nother Mother. Decaf: Virgin Virginia.
