Their story

Roasting in downtown Leavenworth goes back to 1995 under the name Alpine Coffee Roasters, which changed in 2019. Nick and his family took over the roastery in spring 2021 after nearly twenty years in hospitality jobs around the country; he is owner and roastmaster. Only a week of beans is roasted at a time, so an online order can take a few days to go out while it is roasted fresh.

Five house blends make up the regular menu, and the team offers to work with customers on a custom roast or blend. Monthly subscriptions are sold for most blends with a three month minimum, and the Abendrote Afterglow blend is a half caff.
