Their story

The roastery began on Camano Island; Reed and Shannon bought it from its first owner and reopened it as a cafe roastery in downtown Enumclaw. Coffee is roasted to order in small batches and ships within 24 to 48 hours. Colibri is Spanish for hummingbird, and a pair of red hummingbird feeders by the front door marks the entrance.

Burlap sacks from the origins it roasts, including Colombia, Guatemala, Brazil, Vietnam, Ethiopia and Mexico, hang framed on the wall behind the bar. Signature drinks at the bar include a hot honey macchiato, a honey lavender London fog and a maple dirty chai.
