Their story
The owners trained at the Culinary Institute of America and worked at Ritual Coffee Roasters and fine dining kitchens before starting a mobile espresso bar in Spokane. The owners roast all of their own beans, and even the hazelnuts used in their flavors. Their resumes include Seattle's Altura, Restaurant Trokay in Truckee and Bouchon Bakery in Napa.
The mobile bar came first as a way to learn what Spokane coffee drinkers wanted; a growing following led to the permanent cafe.
What they roast
Roast levels run light, medium and dark. House blends include Espresso Blend, Dark Roast, Medium Roast and Light Roast. Espresso: Espresso Blend. Offerings change with the seasons, so this is what their own pages listed on 2026-09-28.

Why buying from Brew Peddler matters here
Its kitchen buys honey from Tates Honey Farm, and its produce and dairy come from farms in the region. Its mobile coffee cart books weddings and corporate events around Spokane and Coeur d'Alene. The coffee house is on East 29th Avenue in Spokane, between Ross and Rite Aid. Its small food menu of house-made pastries and light cafe dishes changes with what regional farmers bring to market.
At events the cart doubles as an Italian soda bar with house-made seasonal syrups, plus teas for non-coffee drinkers.
