Their story

Roasting began with one person and a small propane drum roaster in a drafty 8 by 10 backyard shed. Before it became a coffee shop, the Arctos space was an automotive shop full of oil drums. After years of patching the shed with weather stripping and duct tape, the founder moved roasting into a commercial space with room to grow.

The lineup is kept deliberately short so each coffee can be roasted the same way every time, and espresso blends are built for cafes and drive-thru stands.

What they roast

House blends include Arctos Flagship Blend, Grizzly Dark and Half-Caff Blend. Single origins on the list when we checked: Colombia El Corazon and Guatemalan. Decaf: Northwest Decaf. Offerings change with the seasons, so this is what their own pages listed on 2026-09-28.
