Their story
The company roasts its coffee in-house and serves it at a group of cafes in Snohomish and King counties. Roasting happens a few steps from the seating area, and the menu ranges from dark roasts to brighter, fruit-forward single origins. Its retail lineup is short: a House Blend and a South American Blend, single origins from Colombia, Honduras and Guatemala, and a decaf version of the house blend.
Two subscriptions are offered, a Roast of the Month plan that sends a different coffee each month and a custom plan built from the regular lineup. Businesses can apply online to serve its coffee through a wholesale program.
What they roast
House blends include House Blend and South American Blend. Single origins on the list when we checked: Colombia, Honduras and Guatemala. Decaf: Decaf House Blend. Offerings change with the seasons, so this is what their own pages listed on 2026-09-28.

Cafes operate in Mill Creek, Everett, Seattle, Snohomish and Edmonds, and the Mill Creek cafe stays open until 9pm every day.
