Their story

Family owned, the company hand roasts small batches every week and ships on Wednesdays. Customers get the coffee at partner cafes, through online orders or with a monthly Coffee Club subscription. It says it buys only high grade specialty beans, and its roasters work by hand in small batches to keep each roast consistent.

The core lineup covers one origin at each roast level, a light Ethiopian, a medium Brazilian and a dark Guatemalan, plus the medium Pacific Blend and the medium dark Cascadia Blend. A Swiss Water decaf and a white coffee round out the list, and a sample pack lets new buyers try several roasts.
