Their story
The Redmond coffee house roasts small batches three times a week, and several local cafes brew its beans. Its roast room favors organic and fair trade lots, and the owners say they pay more for beans because they believe fair pay to farmers leads to better coffee. Beans are sold whole at the counter, and baristas will grind them for a customer's brew method on request.
The drink menu runs from doppios and cortados to signature lattes such as cardamom and caramel or lavender and honey, made with house syrups. Chai is brewed in house with fresh ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg, and the tea list includes a huckleberry black tea made with Pacific Northwest berries.
