Their story

Bryce, a firefighter, and Aiyanna, a longtime barista, launched the roastery from Arlington in 2022. The husband and wife run it as a family business with their two sons, Hudson and Holden. Roasting started in a Granite Falls garage and moved to a professional facility on Camano Island in 2023.

Green coffee comes from Honduras, Brazil, Colombia, Papua New Guinea and Sumatra and goes into blends for espresso, drip and cold brew, plus a decaf and a white coffee. Orders are roasted and shipped each Wednesday, and discounted subscriptions arrive either every two weeks or once a month.
