Pull Caffé is one of the beloved local roasters we follow in Washington: an independent roaster based in Yacolt. Here is what their own pages and public sources say about them, in our words.
Their story
Coffee here is roasted over alder, cherry and maple wood on a century-old German cast iron Probat. It sticks to one medium-dark Mocha Java blend and packs it in vacuum-sealed 2 pound steel cans. Its Mocha Java pairs a washed Ethiopian Sidamo for fruit with Indonesian Java for nutty, earthy chocolate, and the roaster says it has been roasting for more than 33 years.
Beans are sealed in oxygen-free, vacuum-packed 2 pound steel cans, sold singly or by the case, with bulk pricing for cafes, restaurants, grocers and offices.

The family-run site also bakes sourdough in a wood-fired brick oven and serves pizza with local beer and wine. A self-serve cabin on the property sells cans around the clock, private tours can be booked ahead, and customers buying at least 2 pounds can use its Tesla destination chargers. Stone-milled sourdough from the brick oven is sold on the first Saturday of each month, and wood-fired pizza with local beer and wine is served every Saturday.
