Their story
Roasting has taken place in Gig Harbor since 2019, in small batches blending hands-on technique with computer profiling. The roast master has about 11 years of roasting behind him and chooses green coffee by flavor profile and cupping score. Each single origin is sold as a mix of light, medium and dark roasts of the same bean, so drinkers taste both origin and roast.
Customers can describe what they like and the company will source green beans and roast them to that profile. The home page also offers to infuse a customer's favorite spirits with its small batch roasted coffee.

House blends include Bolumbian Blend. Single origins on the list when we checked: Colombia Productres de Pitalito, ORG Guatemala Huehuetenango, Colombia El Gato Supremo, Bucaramanga, Nicaragua Buenos Aires Maracaturra, Burundi Kayanza Masha Anaerobic, Bolivia Caranavi, Java Blawan Estate, Panama La Santa, Papua New Guinea Kainantu, Brazil Cerrado and Brazil Vila Boa Anaerobic.
