Their story
A group of friends and family owns and runs the company, which roasts small batches in Seattle. Beyond retail bags, it prints custom labels for weddings, fundraisers and businesses and supplies stores wholesale. Wholesale pricing is limited to stores, cafes, restaurants and grocers; office buyers get volume discounts instead.
Custom-label customers send artwork for the front of the bag and up to 300 characters of text for the back, along with a delivery date.
What they roast
House blends include Adventure Blend, Midnight Rider, Back Pedal Brew and Tough as Nails. Single origins on the list when we checked: Colombia, Brazil Canaan Estate and Ethiopia. Espresso: Full City Espresso. Decaf: Unleaded Decaf. Offerings change with the seasons, so this is what their own pages listed on 2026-09-28.

Why buying from Middle Fork Roasters matters here
It sells at farmers markets and has a limited-edition coffee made with Seattle Made. Its Adventure Blend supports Y.E.T.I., a South King County nonprofit offering free hiking, climbing, rafting and camping trips for young people. The limited Seattle Made blend gives $1 per bag to that nonprofit, which backs local manufacturers and producers. The Bourbon Barrel Aged coffee is a medium roast from Tolima, Colombia, with oak and bourbon notes.
The home page says the company has been featured by the Bean Box subscription and gift service.
