Their story

Web orders are roasted once a week, on Tuesday, and go out in the mail the following day. The same North 21st Street building holds both the roaster and the cafe. Lander says it sources through fair-trade and eco-conscious channels and looks for sweet, complex coffees from Latin America and Africa, naming the people who grow them.

Each bag lists its origin details. Los Dos Socios, for example, is a washed Caturra and Bourbon lot from Huehuetenango, Guatemala, grown at 1,700 meters. Besides straight decaf, it roasts Halvsies, a seasonal blend that is half decaf, and coffees come in 12 ounce, 2 pound and 5 pound sizes.

House blends include Los Dos Socios, Amigos, Somethin' Dark and Halvsies. Single origins on the list when we checked: Jose Alonzo and Guji Goro Muda. Decaf: Decaf Alma. Offerings change with the seasons, so this is what their own pages listed on 2026-09-28.
