Their story
Based in Tacoma, the company runs a downtown shop, sells wholesale and ships online orders across the country. Its list runs from fuller blends to unusual single origins, including washed, natural, honey and co-fermented lots. The about page says coffee should be for everyone, and that the team cares about origins and roast profiles while still treating coffee as an everyday staple.
Form and Void, the rotating house espresso, blends washed and natural beans from Colombia, Brazil and Ethiopia at roughly a medium roast. For darker tastes, The Feels combines coffee from the Brunca region of Costa Rica with an organic Colombian lot, roasted dark. One of its more unusual lots is a Pink Bourbon from Sebastian Ramirez at El Placer farm in Quindio, Colombia, fermented with hops and lemongrass and sold as Session IPA.
Sunbather, the summer seasonal, blends two natural process coffees from Ethiopia's Guji zone, roasted light enough to work for filter or espresso. In autumn it sells All Hallows, a medium roast built from natural and honey processed Colombia plus a washed Guatemala.

House blends include Form & Void, The Feels, Sunbather and All Hallows. Single origins on the list when we checked: Kumanday, Sumatra Anaerobic, Brazil Peaberry, Mexico, Narino and Guji.
