Endicott Coffee Roasters is one of the beloved local roasters we follow in Washington: an independent roaster based in Tacoma, founded in 1997. Here is what their own pages and public sources say about them, in our words.
Their story
A family-owned Northwest business, it began as a regional roaster in 1997 and later added equipment sales, service and beverage development. Beans are roasted in small batches at the company's Tacoma plant, which also roasts for other Northwest brands under contract. Today the company acts as a parent for a group of brands covering roasting, product development, equipment supply and service, and supply chain work for cafes, restaurants and larger commercial clients.
Its side businesses include SOS Craft Beverages for custom cold brew, tea and cocktail products, Endi-Tech for commercial equipment installation and repair, and a mobile espresso catering service for weddings and events. The group also makes Tsunami energy drinks, sweetened with cane sugar and sold in flavors such as Yella, Riptide Red and plant-based Ocean Blue.
