Their story

The family-owned company roasts each online order when it is placed and also runs cafes and a mobile coffee trailer in Eastern Washington. Its flagship cafe and small-batch roasting operation share a restored historic train depot in Cheney. Plans for the 2,200 square foot space put the roaster in the depot's old luggage and freight area, where customers can watch, along with a conference room for meetings.

April Wright is named as a co-owner in the 2025 announcement of the depot partnership.

A new mobile coffee trailer takes bookings for weddings, fundraisers and festivals across Eastern Washington. The depot went up in 1929 for the Northern Pacific Railroad and was once slated for demolition before local supporters and the Cheney Depot Society had it moved and restored. The company announced a Depot Blend, whose profits would all go toward the restoration work of the Cheney Depot Society.
