Their story
A small family business run by Julie and Ryan, it focuses on compostable supplies and cutting waste. Its first coffee shop opened in Friday Harbor's Surina Business Center with a soft opening in December 2025. Julie handles operations, marketing, social media, the website and buying, while Ryan works as assistant manager, event specialist, barista and buyer.
The drink menu offers pour-over and immersion brews, an Aerocano and a long list of lattes, many of them with a sea salt version. Syrups are organic, milk choices include oat, almond and pistachio, and teas range from Earl Grey to rose hibiscus.
