Their story
Woman owned and roasting in small batches, the company sells coffee both wholesale and retail from Poulsbo. Roasting happens once a week, orders ship midweek, and shipping costs the same flat rate whether a buyer orders one pound or twenty. Friday Harbor, a mix of Colombian coffee and a slightly darker Yirgacheffe, began as its 2022 holiday blend and stayed on the menu after customers asked for it.
Point Defiance is a very dark roast of Yirgacheffe and Colombian beans aimed at espresso, and Cape Flattery is a French roast made from a single Colombian coffee. Two blends, Mermaid and Orca, mix roasted beans with lightly roasted white coffee and are sold ground only. Subscribers choose between one and four deliveries a month at a discount.

Roast levels run Light, Medium, Dark and Cape Flattery French Roast. House blends include Foulweather Bluff, Point Defiance, Friday Harbor, Liberty Bay, Port Orchard Bay, Mermaid Blend, Orca Blend, Treasure Island, Hood Canal and Deception Pass.
