Why coffee works as a corporate holiday gift
Coffee from a Washington State roaster makes a good corporate holiday gift because it gets used up instead of sitting in a drawer, and it carries a story about where your company works. A bag from a roaster in Tacoma, Spokane or Bellingham says you buy from the same state your clients and staff live in.
Below are Washington roasters whose own pages describe a wholesale business, then roasters that publish how they run. We checked every roaster's pages on September 27, 2026. There are no prices here; ask each roaster about a gift order directly.
Washington roasters that sell wholesale
A roaster with a wholesale side already roasts in volume for other businesses. These describe that work on their own pages.
Dillanos, Sumner
Dillanos is a wholesale roastery with more than 125 staff, and it says it supplies over 1,500 wholesale locations nationwide. It also lists private label roasting for other coffee brands. The Puget Sound Business Journal named it among its Best Places to Work in 2025. After a merger announced in November 2024 with Dancing Goats Coffee of Olympia, it also sells Batdorf and Bronson coffees.
Fulcrum, Seattle
Fulcrum calls itself a full service wholesale roaster and retailer, roasting in SODO under three house brands: Fulcrum, Silver Cup and Urban City. It is LGBTQ-owned, and a coffee farmer, Blas Alfaro, is a co-owner.
Broadcast, Seattle
Broadcast roasts Monday through Thursday and delivers fresh roasted coffee each week to wholesale accounts across Seattle and King County. Its first cafe has been at Yesler Way and 20th Avenue in the Central District since 2008.
Zoka, Bellingham
Zoka has four cafes, mail order and what it calls a large wholesale business, all roasted in Bellingham on a 1963 German Probat by a four person team.
Elm, Seven and Herkimer, Seattle
Elm works with wholesale accounts of every size, from coffee carts to large restaurants. Seven roasted for other Seattle businesses and became known as the small roaster for small businesses. Herkimer keeps its wholesale office in the Phinney Ridge building where it roasts, and gives its wholesale accounts ongoing training.
Fidalgo, Burlington
Fidalgo's coffee is poured at coffee houses and espresso stands around Puget Sound and across the country, and it ships internationally. Its coffees are certified Kosher Parve by the Va'ad HaRabanim of Greater Seattle, which matters if some of your recipients keep kosher.
Gifts that say something about your company
A client gift is also a statement. These roasters publish how they run, so your gift can carry that message without you writing it.
- Olympia Coffee in Olympia is a Certified B Corporation, has been Living Wage Certified since 2022, and publishes transparency reports under its Fair for All program.
- Bluebeard in Tacoma publishes a yearly green coffee and employment report showing what it pays farmers and its own staff.
- Fidalgo hires people leaving the legal system to roast and pack its Underground Coffee, with the Skagit County nonprofit Tierra Nueva.
- Caffe Vita's Coffees for a Cause line gives $2 a bag to nonprofits such as Lambert House and FareStart.
- Boon Boona in Renton buys only African coffees and gives priority to women-owned growers.
- Espresso Vivace has used compostable bags, cups, lids and straws since 2019. Lighthouse in Fremont uses post consumer recycled packaging.

Match the roaster to the recipient
A corporate holiday gift lands better when it comes from somewhere the person knows. Washington is a big state, and its roasters name their coffee after home.
- A client in Spokane: Indaba's Lilac City Blend takes the city's nickname, and its High Drive and Bowl and Pitcher blends take local place names. Indaba also sells Cliff Jumper canned cold brew and a subscription, the Indaba Coffee Club.
- A team in Tacoma: Bluebeard opened in Tacoma in 2011 and calls its crew a group of Tacomans. It sells a roaster's choice subscription.
- An office in Olympia or the South Sound: Olympia Coffee roasts every coffee to order at its downtown Olympia roastery, and sells its Big Truck blend as instant coffee, which travels well in a gift bag.
- People in Skagit County: Fidalgo in Burlington sells a seasonal Tulip Festival Blend that ties the gift to the valley.
- Bellingham: Camber sells 3, 6 or 12 month gift subscriptions, and Zoka sells seasonal blends from its Bellingham roastery.
- Seattle neighborhoods: Herkimer for Phinney Ridge, Lighthouse for Fremont, Broadcast for the Central District, Victrola or Caffe Vita for Capitol Hill.
- A client who likes variety: sample boxes from Boon Boona or Camber, or Seven's sample pack builder.
For the team: coffee in the office

Planning a company coffee order
- Start early. Roasters roast to order, so give them time before the holidays.
- Collect addresses first. A gift that ships to each person's home needs every address before anything is roasted.
- Ask whole bean or ground. Not everyone owns a grinder; ground coffee is the safe choice when you do not know.
- Include a decaf option. Every roaster in the wholesale list above sells at least one decaf, and people who avoid caffeine notice.
- Check dietary needs. If kosher matters to anyone on the list, Fidalgo's certification covers it.
