Palouse Coffee Club is a Washington State coffee subscription. Every box brings a full bag from a different independent Washington roaster, roasted to order and shipped in their own bag. First bag free. Then $20.99 a bag ($21.99 for a single origin), every 2 or 4 weeks; skip or cancel online. Gifts of 3, 6 or 12 boxes cost $80.99, $160.99 or $320.99 with shipping included, plus $1 a box for a single origin. Washington has 243 independent roasters listed on Roast Local (September 2026).

Subscription terms

Price per bag: $20.99 for a blend, espresso-friendly or decaf bag; $21.99 for single origin. Two bags in a box: $39.99, plus $1.00 for each single-origin bag.
Shipping: $8.99 for a one-bag box, $9.99 for a two-bag box, added to each box.
Billing: each box is billed on the day it ships, every 4 weeks (or every 2 weeks if you choose). The subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
First box: your first bag is free (one free bag per customer); you pay that box's shipping.
Pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account, before the next box is billed. We email you 3 days before every box.
Cancelling stops all future boxes and charges; a box already billed still ships. A bag that disappoints gets a free replacement.

One bag per box. Gifts ship free, so the price is the whole price. The gift uses the roast level, style, caffeine and grind chosen in Build your box above, and a single origin adds $1 a box; pick Mix it up if you are not sure. Card and address are taken by Stripe on the next page.

Year one: seed to harvest

Your first twelve boxes follow the Palouse wheat year, from fall seeding to the August harvest. Each packing slip carries that month's note from the fields. Whitman County, in the middle of the Palouse, grows more wheat than any other county in the country.

Turn the year

Box 01, September: SeedingWinter wheat goes in first. In a year with enough moisture, seeding is largely done in September.

Is the first bag really free?

Yes, the coffee is free. After that it is $20.99 a bag, any roast ($21.99 for a single origin), and you can skip or cancel anytime. Shipping is $8.99 a box for one bag, or $9.99 for two. With the first bag free, a one-bag first box costs $8.99.

Can I get a second free bag?

No, one free first bag per customer. We match it by email and shipping address.

How fresh is the coffee?

Roasted and shipped within 3 days. Each roaster roasts your bag to order and sends it straight from their roastery.

How do I skip, pause or cancel?

Every email we send has links to skip a box, pause, change your card or cancel. A reminder email comes 3 days before each box, so nothing ships by surprise.

What if I do not like a bag?

Free replacement if a bag disappoints. Tell us and we send a different coffee. Your ratings steer the next bag, too.

We like different coffee. Can we share?

Yes. Pick two bags and give the second one its own roast level, style or caffeine: a light single origin and a dark decaf, any pair. Both come in the same box.

Will I get the same roaster twice?

We rotate through Washington roasters and avoid repeats for as long as the roster allows. How long that lasts depends on how many roasters are in the club and how often your boxes come, so we do not promise a number. After Box 12, year two starts the wheat year again.

Do you ship outside Washington?

Yes, anywhere in the US. It makes a good gift for people who moved away and miss home.
